Degree qualified Scott began his recruitment career in 2000. Since then Scott joined 2 Listed businesses Hudson (NASDAQ) and Hays (LSX) before establishing Phillip Riley in 2010. Scott took on a Consultancy engagement with a reputable Search firm before before starting a Waste to Energy Project Development Company (Reform Energy Australia) and then also taking Phillip Riley to market as the only dedicated Renewable Energy Recruitment and Consulting business. Scotts relinquished his Directorship in Reform Energy into Shares and Options with Australian Renewable Energy Parks which enabled him to focus full time on developing Phillip Riley across the Asia Pacific Region. Phillip Rileys Sales & Operations from offices in Melbourne (HQ) Sydney and Manila, servicing a broad customer base ranging from Government, Public, Private and International companies. Today, Scott leads the Strategy & Operations for Phillip Riley and will drive the U.S. Expansion, supported by our Australian based Leaders, and Philippines operations centre.
After beginning his recruitment career in 1999, Owen has held roles across three continents, having delivered recruitment programs and managed recruitment practices in Australia the USA and United Kingdom. With specialist skills engaging clients across the IT&T sector, Owen has successfully delivered a range of solutions to both large international organisation and boutique clients, looking for personalised/bespoke talent management solutions. Known as a specialist in the Networking & Infrastructure sectors and highly experienced in delivering large resource programs across SAP projects, Owen has the experience and knowledge to find great people for great clients. Always cheerful,Owen brings his mix of knowledge, experience and his extensive network to every client engagement, but most of all makes doing business an easy and relaxed experience.
I have enjoyed 10 years in the recruitment & executive search industries working across Ireland, UK & UAE markets in my time in Dublin and the Asia-Pacific region for the majority of my career based in Sydney. Industries that I have specialized in have predominantly been the Engineering, Construction and Technology sectors with a common focus for the past 5 years being Energy & Power. I actively pursued a move into the Renewable Energy & Energy Efficiency sectors and am very pleased to have joined the industry leader in this space in Australia – Phillip Riley. Caitlin Fairchild is the Talent Manager for Phillip Riley, managing the candidate related functions of the business and supporting the recruitment team in attracting, sourcing, and interviewing candidates. Caitlin originally comes from Wisconsin, USA and has now lived in Australia for over 5 years. Since arriving in Australia she has been working in recruitment in various niche industries, more recently specialising in social sourcing and recruitment operations. Caitlin has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from Boston University, is a LinkedIn Certified Professional Recruiter and holds a Hootsuite Social Media Marketing Certificate. She is also actively involved in the recruitment industry locally as a member of the Melbourne Recruitment Meetup group’s leadership team.

Melissa is a Talent Acquisition Specialist who graduated with a Business Management Degree from RMIT University. She began her recruitment career as an HR intern for a regional Food and Beverage Company in Singapore where she did in-house recruitment for front and back office. Upon completion of the internship, she joined a Fortune 500 HR solutions company as an Associate Consultant who focused on the delivery aspect of recruitment. Melissa recruited across junior to mid level roles in the IT temporary and contract industry. Her ability to quickly grasp new technology and knowledge allowed her to build up a strong candidate base in a year. At Phillip Riley, Melissa supports senior consultants and regional directors in recruiting for roles in the Renewable Energy industry.

She is a licensed Psychometrician and has been supporting companies and recruiters for more than 3 years. She started her career as an HR Specialist working for US Based clients. She is currently supporting Senior Consultants and Regional Directors in recruiting for roles in the Renewable Energy industry across Australia and Asia Pacific region.
